Generally, the temperature in the printing shop is: 20 ~ 22 ℃, and the relative humidity is 45 ~ 60%. The lower the humidity, the more active the static electricity is. It gradually weakens with the increase of humidity, and basically disappears in a humidity environment above 50%.
2: Avoid wrinkling. The cause of paper wrinkling is due to the phenomenon of "ruffled edges" or "tight edges", which makes the paper unable to stretch flat and wrinkles during printing. This phenomenon can cause a large amount of scrap in the printer.
3: Prevent telescopic deformation. Due to the different types of paper, the expansion and contraction rates are different. If the paper and the environment cannot reach the humidity balance, it will cause the following conditions: the paper absorbs moisture and expands, and loses moisture and shrinks. When the deformation is serious, the monochromatic printing machine cannot overprint, and the multicolor printing will also cause one-color-to-one-color elongation in sequence, or the dragging part will have a "swing angle" on the fan surface, causing the overprinting or the front and back sides to be misaligned due to stretching, or The printed paper has different stretching, which brings a lot of trouble to the next processing process.
4: Reduce paper dust. Paper dust contained in paper and dust contained in air are flying everywhere in a dry room, which have different degrees of influence on the quality of printed matter. When the humidity in the room exceeds 50%, all kinds of dust flying floc absorb water and become heavy.
